Traditional florists use cookie-cutter blossoms grown hundreds of miles away and kept in cold storage for weeks. Our goal was to offer something unique for customers that truly captures the organic beauty found in nature, while keeping the planet in mind. We wanted to offer something we had not seen in Pittsburgh – floral delivery that truly celebrates and respects the environment, through beautiful design and premium free delivery. Meet the Redolent Team
We’re Dan and Emily Meyers. Since meeting as undergraduates in the University of Pittsburgh Economics department (H2P!), spending time in nature has always been a pivotal part of our relationship.
We feel most like ourselves when we are able to get outside and step away from screens. Redolent was born from a desire to build connections within our community and share this love of the natural world. The inherent beauty of flowers is something that helps connect people in a world that is growing increasingly lonely and detached from nature.
Dan comes from a healthcare and logistics background, while Emily has worked primarily in marketing and food media. When not arranging and delivering flowers, you can find us trying to keep up with our two very energetic golden retrievers, Puffin and Phoebe.
Where We Operate
Based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA, we source flowers locally. We assemble arrangements at our workshop in Bethel Park and offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius! This includes: Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Dormont, Castle Shannon, and Green Tree. We offer delivery throughout the entire Pittsburgh region for a small fee.
