What could be better than gorgeous, elegant blooms all year round? Our team sources local flowers as much as possible, to ensure our customers always receive the most unique and eye-catching flowers.

The Redolent Floral Subscription makes an excellent gift for your mom, girlfriends, or loved ones. Currently, our Subscription is delivered in our “Timeless” Floral Bouquet style (medium size). However, when you order a subscription, there is a 10% discount!

Floral Subscription FAQ:

Q: Is there a minimum commitment required to sign up for a subscription?

A: There is not! We ask that you try it for a few rotations and if you don’t love it, you can certainly feel free to cancel.

 

Q:​ Can I set up a subscription as a gift?

A:​ Yes, we believe that subscriptions are perfect gifts for anyone in your life! You can set one up for delivery so the recipient receives their flowers right at their door, at whatever cadence you’d like.

 

Q:​ Can I change the day of the week I selected?

A: ​At times! We work within the confines of when our farmers can harvest the freshest possible organic flowers for you every week. For this reason, most deliveries are on the same day every cycle. A rescheduling email can sent to [email protected] 72 hours before your next charge date if you need to skip. *Please note, scheduling changes are accommodated infrequently. Changes every week are not permitted; thank you for understanding.

 

Q:​ Can I skip an order?

A:​ Yes! A skip email must be sent to [email protected] 72 hours before your next charge date.

 

Q:​ What happens if I (or my recipient) miss my subscription delivery?

A:​ You or the person you’re gifting to do not need to be home to receive the flowers upon delivery. If no one answers when we knock at the door, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded area. Our team always snaps a photo upon delivery (like Amazon) to ensure we are placing the flowers in the best location, every time. A delivery driver will call if we are unable to safely deliver your flowers. If we are unable to deliver your flowers, they will be returned to our shop. You then have the option to pick them up or pay for a redelivery.

 

Q:​ How do I cancel my subscription?

A: ​A cancellation email must be sent to [email protected] 72 hours before your next charge date.
